Can You Create Wealth In Singapore Through Property Investment?

Even though I also invest in equities, I realize that I have resonated more with property investment.  I have bought into stocks that have gone down the drain but properties will always have base value.

From my prior investment experience, I came across those who invested their money on stocks, shares, bonds, savings accounts and various other alternative investment possibilities.

Still, I encountered them to lament on their impulsive decisions because there is always a risk losing a large part of the capital investment.

Property investment value, on the other hand, will never turn to zero value as opposed to investing in stocks per se.

  2. I would be hesitant to purchase any real estate out of my own country but I'm sure with the right knowledge real estate can make anyone rich no matter where they buy.

  4. I definitely agree that investing in property investments are better than investing in stocks. By knowing the ups and downs of the trends in property markets you can gain great profits. This means when you invest in properties you should take proper timing into consideration. Also, if you are willing to take risks, investing outside your country can also bring potential wealth.

  5. I can confidently say that to make most money out of almost nothing, or least amount of money, one should opt for property investment.
All the other investments can have zero base value at times, but the land and property can never drop dead at zero. It do have some of the base value even at the hardest economic conditions.

  7. Property investment has always been a great option for creating wealth. One of the most precious resources in the world is actual land. As the population booms so does the demand for properties that people can rent out or buy.
